The Anniversary Landscape Trophy is donated by the Late Shri Dilhar C. Bhachech, APSA, Hon. PSI, AIIPC(S), who defined Landscape as:
- A portrayal of beauty that is in nature.
- Although the term landscape classically refers to nature and unpeopled scenes, photographs of this sort may include people, buildings and their elements that provide interest or a sense of scale.
Rules
- Entries may be in monochrome or colour, in digital format. The same or similar images accepted earlier in any PSI Monthly, Members’, All-India, International, Anniversary Landscape or any other PSI competition are not eligible.
- No techniques that add, relocate, replace or remove pictorial elements (except by cropping) are permitted. Techniques that enhance the presentation without changing the nature story or pictorial content — including dodging/burning and removal of dust spots, digital noise and film scratches — are allowed. Stitched images are not permitted. Colour images may be converted to grey-scale monochrome. All adjustments must appear natural.
- Infrared images (direct captures or derivations), HDR, stitched images, and images created by photo-stacking are not allowed.
- Images must originate as photographs made by the entrant. They must not incorporate images produced by anyone else (e.g. clip art, replacement skies or stock images). Images created wholly or in part by image-creation software (“AI” images) are not allowed.
- Members may submit a maximum of 4 images.
- Size: JPEG format, 300 dpi, colour space sRGB. Maximum dimensions 1920 px (horizontal) × 1080 px (vertical). File size must not exceed 2 MB.
- Name each image as LAN_TITLE_NAME — e.g. LAN_DAL LAKE_UDAY MARATHE.
- Last date for submission: 15 August 2026 till 11:59 p.m.
Judging: 21 August 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
